In contrast to our Irish Whiskey Marmalade, this is made from the finest Seville oranges which are only in season for a few weeks in January, so we make as much as we can then. With it's tangy bitterness, this marmalade is scrummy for morning breakfast. I also love using it for a steamed marmalade pudding.
