1. Eligibility for Refund

c. **Cancellation Before Shipping:** If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund.
**2. Non-Eligible Items for Refund**
We do not offer refunds for the following:
a. **Change of Mind:** We do not provide refunds for products if you simply change your mind or no longer want the item.
b. **Consumable Products:** Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or consumed.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. Where your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the period expires 14 days from the day you receive the last item. Where this period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can:
· Log into your account to access our self-serve returns and cancellations flow, where you can find your order and submit your request directly, or
· Email us at info@moransmegajam.ie a clear statement of your decision, including your name and order number.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation through your account at any time before fulfilment. Once an item has been fulfilled, you may request a return within the 14-day window described above.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the standard delivery we offer).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
Returning the goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods.
