Great care is taken in preparing our Red Onion Marmalade with it's pieces of finely sliced onions and the perfect balance of savoury and sweet. This chutney is perfect for cheese but is also amazing on a burger or steak sandwich - we have even used it in making a red onion gravy for bangers and mash.
