This is a tart & zingy marmalade made from the finest fresh Seville oranges which are only in season for a few weeks in January.We use fresh ginger in this fine cut marmalade & the ginger transforms it into something warm & comforting. This marmalade is scrummy on toast & can be described as an early morning hug.
